Support for RJF Industrial Design Apps
For licensing questions, technical support, app downloads, installation issues, or report generation problems, contact the RJF support channel.
Installation and setup
Use the official Downloads page to choose the correct platform. Windows applications are distributed through the Microsoft Store, and Android applications are distributed through the Google Play Store when available. Do not install RJF apps from unofficial sources.
For Windows desktop apps, open the Microsoft Store listing from the Downloads page, install the application, and launch it from the Windows Start menu.
Windows installation
For Android apps, open the Google Play Store listing from the Downloads page, install the application on your device, and launch it from the app icon.
Usage and method questions
Each RJF application is designed to show inputs, assumptions, method references, and outputs so results can be reviewed before export.
When a method reference is shown in the app or report, include it in your support question so the issue can be checked accurately.
Calculation workflow
For technical questions, include the application name, version, Windows or Android version, input values if relevant, and a screenshot of the issue when possible.
Android installation
Licensing is handled inside each application. Use the integrated licensing screen to activate Student Monthly or Lifetime access, restore an existing license, or validate the assigned device.
